The problem on the ground
The sites ran Autosat and Challenger shuttles of different generations, managed by heterogeneous vendor software.
Stock was misaligned across warehouses, making transfers and capacity decisions difficult.
The technical approach
We introduced Kazam WES as a vendor-neutral orchestrator, with custom Suntech drivers to talk to both shuttle vendors through a single mission logic.
A nightly reconciliation with the ERP guarantees data consistency and enables a unified view across the three sites.
The measured result
Stock aligned across the 3 sites in real time.
Automatic cross-site transfers, and a considerably simpler decision to onboard a fourth site.
